YouTube, without the guesswork.
You’ve got the ideas. You’re making the videos. But figuring out what’s actually working on YouTube can feel like a whole other job.
I help creators, entrepreneurs and businesses understand their YouTube performance, make smarter content decisions and build a channel that actually has a direction.
You’re making videos.
But are they actually working?
YouTube gives you a LOT of numbers.
Views. CTR. Watch time. Retention. Subscribers. Impressions. Engagement.
But numbers are only useful when you know what they’re telling you.
Maybe your videos get views but don’t convert into subscribers.
Maybe your CTR has dropped and you have no idea why.
Maybe one video suddenly takes off and you’re not sure what made it work.
Or maybe you’re just posting consistently and hoping something sticks.
That’s where I come in.
I turn your YouTube data into clear, practical insights so you can spend less time staring at spreadsheets and more time making better videos.
Choose your YouTube adventure.
Whether you want someone to dig into your channel, a second brain to help you make decisions or the tools to do it yourself, there’s an option for you.

Perfect if:
You want a simple system for keeping track of your YouTube performance.
A good YouTube strategy isn't about chasing numbers for the sake of numbers.
It's about understanding the relationship between the idea, the video, the audience and the data.
My background is in film and post-production, so I approach YouTube from both sides.
I understand what goes into making a video — and I understand how to look at the numbers afterwards to figure out whether it actually connected.
That means we can look beyond:
“This video got 10,000 views.”
And ask:
“Why did this one work?”
Because that's the useful bit.
Creative thinking + production experience + data-driven analysis.
I learned this by doing it.
For two years, I worked closely with two YouTube channels across different types of content, managing their videos, tracking performance and learning what actually moved the needle.
The biggest lesson?
Having a YouTube channel isn't the same as having a YouTube strategy.
For a long time, I was working within an existing system. It wasn't until I had the opportunity to introduce my own ideas around content, performance and strategy that we started seeing meaningful growth.
That experience completely changed the way I look at YouTube.
A video isn't successful just because it gets views. A low-performing video isn't necessarily a failure either.
The useful information is in the patterns.
What made people click?
Where did they stop watching?
Which topics kept bringing people back?
What changed when we tried something different?
That's what I want to help you understand.
Because you shouldn't need to be a data analyst to know what your YouTube channel is telling you.

Track your channel. Spot the trends. Know what needs attention.
Go beyond views and figure out which videos are actually performing.
Not sure what you need?
That's okay.
Tell me a little about your channel, what you're working on and where you're getting stuck.
I'll help you figure out whether analysis, coaching or a toolkit makes the most sense for you.
